How to accomplish quick and steady transport of glass substrates that are growing in size through the automatic transport system, therefore, becomes a big challenge. Our: "Smart Vibration Diagnosis and Monitoring Solution", with the smart vibration sensor to go with the Edge AI host, detects the vibration value of supports at all times while panels are being transported and sends out the alarm upon abnormal vibration. Meanwhile, the transport system can be slowed down or stopped through connection signal control to ensure safety of the glass substrates.
