Clean Room - Blower Motor Life Span Forecast

A clean room is an engineering space where aerosols, humidity, and temperature are strictly controlled; it is highly important to a semi-conductor process. A clean room satisfies the reliability of an environment required in production to accordingly accomplish quality control. To avoid a clean room's dysfunction due to a temporary blower failure, backup blower sets have been used over the long term as a solution. With semi-conductor processes constantly changing, control over the clean room is even stricter. As such, monitoring of the life span of a blower motor is gradually gaining prominence.

 

In this case of application, our: "Smart Vibration Diagnosis and Monitoring Solution” calculates the life span of a motor directly with the built-in Sensor AI algorithm of the smart vibration sensor and links the obtained results directly through the USB interface to the industrial PC (IPC) of the blower motor. Therefore, as soon as the fit state of the blower motor appears to be abnormal, the control equipment of the blower motor can receive the abnormality alarm and notify the service staff to schedule troubleshooting in order to ensure the operational quality and performance of the blower motor.
