Our: "Smart Vibration Diagnosis and Monitoring Solution", with the smart vibration sensor to go with the Edge AI host, allows users to have pre-recorded vibration values from different processing orders as the comparison basis by automatically setting the vibration threshold value, detecting the vibration value during the process, and sending out the alarm upon abnormal vibration. Meanwhile, the machine tool can be made to stop automatically through connection signal control to avoid a continuation of abnormal processing and to avoid continued production of defective items.
